Dear Discovery School Parents,
I hope this post finds you and your families
well-rested and content after a wonderful summer! We are looking forward to
seeing our students shining faces for the 2017-18 school year. The teachers and
staff members have been very busy getting the classrooms ready for our
students!
I am looking forward to working together to
ensure that our children reach their potential.
At Discovery School, we believe that all of us – the school and the home
– must work together to insure success for all our students. We believe in the responsibility to empower
children with the creative, intellectual, and decision-making skills necessary
for them to become academically, socially, physically, and emotionally
successful and responsible.
It is our desire to keep you informed of all that
is taking place at school. Please make
sure you check your teachers´ blogs every week. Stop by the classroom to say hi! Develop a
good communication with your child´s teacher. And if you have questions or concerns that
arise at any time, please do not hesitate to give your child’s teacher or me a
